Welcome to Rome, where every stone whispers a story. Upon your arrival at Fiumicino Airport, you're warmly greeted by your local assistant and privately transferred to your centrally located hotel. After settling in, take time to breathe in the Roman air—maybe enjoy a coffee in Piazza Navona, or stroll through cobblestone streets as golden light bathes the ancient facades.

Start your day with a guided walk through Ancient Rome, beginning at the majestic Colosseum, where gladiators once battled. After a break for lunch, head across the Tiber to the world’s smallest country: Vatican City. Visit the vast Vatican Museums, gaze upon the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, and step inside the awe-inspiring St. Peter’s Basilica, with Michelangelo’s Pietà just inside the door.

This morning, leave the city behind and head into the Castelli Romani, a region of ancient towns and scenic hills just south of Rome, long favored by popes, poets, and Roman nobility.

Meet your host at a family-run winery, where you’ll take a guided stroll through the vineyards and historic wine cellars, learning about traditional winemaking techniques still in use today.

After the visit, sit down under the pergola or in a panoramic tasting room for a leisurely multi-course lunch featuring fresh, seasonal dishes paired with the estate’s own wines - typically including Frascati Superiore DOCG and a local red blend.
